At GOODGEAR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Returns & Refunds

  • You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at goodgeargb@gmail.com to request a return authorisation. Please include your name, order number and shipping address.

  2. Once the customer support team has approved your return, securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Once we receive the return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or personalised MOLLE panels.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
